A key component of our commitment is transparent and accountable sustainability measurement and reporting that is openly communicated to all stakeholders. The board and senior management have committed to and endorse a reporting process on sustainability which we will continue to refine as we grow. Our management is continually working to improve implementation of sustainable practices with ongoing measurement of success to encourage employee engagement in all of our sustainability initiatives.
